The Head of Integrated Marketing Communications will be responsible for leading communication and marketing efforts. She/He will serve as a vital Marketing and Communications Department Leadership Team member.

Reporting to the Communications Director, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing communications strategies and advertising campaigns by employing best practices across paid, owned, and earned channels and provide real-time feedback by leveraging data, analytics, and customer research. The Strategic Analyst is responsible for developing and evaluating strategies to support the long-term goals of the organization. This includes researching and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, evaluating current strategies, and recommending new approaches. The Analyst will also work on developing models and analysis to drive better decision making.  Responsibilities• Develop models and analysis to support strategic decisions • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks • Research industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy • Evaluate current strategies for effectiveness and recommend improvements • Work with stakeholders to define success metrics for strategies • Create presentations of findings to senior management • Track performance of strategies against key performance indicators
